The quality of the photographs fall far short of professional standard. Staging is very poor. Subjects dark against a very bright background. We will not be ableft to display them, despite your efforts to fix the dappling they are still very poor. The small photos ought to be in card envelopes not in a paper bag!! Also much too dark to give to grandparents or godparents again unusable. All in all not fit for purpose and fall far short of contractual obligations

The packages were explained to us as if they included one large print and two smaller ones, when in reality you are paying for one large print and two small advertisements with Lafayette written across the top in a red banner. As I had hoped to give one of these to each of my grandmothers, I was really disappointed. In addition, the service was very rushed and we (my parents and I) were not made to feel at ease at all, which shows in the photos - they appear rushed and awkward as the photographer wanted to get through a queue rather than give each person the photo they paid plenty of money for. Overall disappointed.

My overall experience was good and I am extremely satisfied with the final photographs. The only point I would make is that it would have been better to have had more than one photographer on the day as there was a lot of waiting around. I would recommend Lafayette to anyone.

Bad glare on my spectacles which I feel the photographer should have picked up on.

The service was great, however, the photographs are not centred correctly and we can see the edge of one of the photographs. I was going to write an email of complaint today so the timing of your survey is fortuitous. Very disappointed with the photographs.

Staff on the day had no product knowledge and had bad breath. Rates were only mentioned once data was taken and paying upfront. Order process wasn't explained neither. The order process itself was confusing due to the fact that I had paid upfront. Overall I would never use you again or recommend you. Two photographs for 80 Euros is considered robbery.
